How can I register a device?

To register a device go to your dashboard by clicking "dashboard" link and click on "New device" link.

How can I see IMEI no of my mobile?

Just type *#06# on your smartphone/mobile to see IMEI no.

On my mobile/smartphone I see multiple IMEI no, What should I do?

If you are using dual sim mobile, you will see two IMEI no. Use anyone of them to register your smartphone.

I am buying a second hand car, How can I check car is genuine or not?

Just ask for DeviceCentral certificate from seller or go to "Devices" link provide your Engine no or chassis no in the search box, hit search. If the car is registered with DeviceCentral, car data will appear in search result. You can click on "contact owner" link to start conversation with the owner.

I lost my smartphone, What should I do?

Sign up if you are not registered. After registration you can register your first device, While device registration select device status as Lost, Once you mark it as lost It will start appearing in Lost Devices section.

Go to http://www.devicecentral.in/en/lost_devices link and search for the lost device IMEI number through the search box, if the owner has reported the loss details will appear. Then you can directly contact the owner. No results means the owner has not reported the loss on DeviceCentral. Now you can report the device in the found device section by following this link: http://www.devicecentral.in/en/found_devices/new
